Talent Development for children from age 4
Free Taster Lessons Available!
The aim of this programme is to enhance the natural musical talent that children possess, while helping them acquire music literacy.
From age 4, and in some cases from age 3.5 (*), Stringnote offers piano lessons as part of our Talent Development Programme. This course includes singing notes and rhythms in isolation to complement our piano lessons.
(*) Please note that all ages are approximate, as they may vary according to the individual developmental speed of each child.
Our comprehensive piano lessons integrate singing, rhythm, and physical exercises aimed at developing temporal-spatial coordination, which is a key element for mathematical and language skills.
The subjects we cover are:
- Rhythmic skills: by playing percussion instruments and learning to read rhythms in traditional music notation.
- Melodic skills: through sight-singing the notes we play.
Above all, children will enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and the opportunity to develop their musicality and natural creativity.

Entry requirements:
To start piano, children should usually be four years old. If your child is age 3.5, they might still be able to start; we will evaluate preparedness during the free taster session.
